  • How do I track my order?
Once you place an order you will receive an automated confirmation email stating that your order is being processed. Processing usually takes between 1-5 business day and once processing is complete, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • How long does shipping take?
Shipping occurs after the order has been processed. For bracelets they often take 15-30 business days due to us using a different manufacturer to make the bracelets. For watches, after the order has been successfully processed, it will take 3 - 5 business days for the shipping of the watches.
  • Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, you may return your product within 60 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our watches Your watch may also be exchanged any time within 12 months for a watch of equal or lesser value. Please email info@mat-watches.com if you have further questions.
